«Green» Award by MFC 2023

Cooperative Bank of Karditsa received the "Green" Award for 2023 by MicroFinance Centre (MFC), as a natural recognition of the ongoing support it provides to farmers through a wide range of products and the "CreditScore" tool, an innovative platform which allows remote monitoring of crops. The Bank assesses the risk in the case of agricultural loans, taking into account, among others, the environmental impact, since remote monitoring rationalises the use of fertilisers, pesticides, etc. The platform was created with the support of AgroApps, a company dedicated to providing sustainable solutions in contemporary farming with the help of innovative information technologies (IT).
