The Cooperative Bank of Karditsa, being consistent in the continuous development and modernization of its services to its customers - members, introduces in its system the new e-Statements service. With the e-Statements service you have immediate and easy information of the detailed statement of your card, which you can save in electronic files in a pdf format.
Free information by email
The e-Statements are the electronic copies (in a pdf format) of the printed transactions of your card, which until now you have been receiving by mail. The e-Statements file contains exactly the same information as the hard copy of your card transactions. The e-Statements service also gives you the opportunity to save or print the detailed statement of your card.
Security
E-Statements are easily archived and are not lost putting your personal banking information at the risk of falling into third parties hands. In case the electronic file is deleted for any reason, you can immediately contact the bank to resend it. E-Statements enhance the security of your banking data, as they are forwarded encrypted exclusively to the email you have declared to the Bank.

With e-Statements you reduce your ecological footprint and contribute to the protection of the environment by helping to save significant resources required for the production of paper and ink, such as trees, water and energy consumption.
Activation of e-Statements
Activate the service either by contacting a branch of the Cooperative Bank of Karditsa by filling in the relevant application or electronically from the e-banking.
